Schwartz and Sons are an amazing and professional company. From the first encounter to the last it was an incredible experience. We received a quote the day we met, and then they started the job quickly. It was a large project but they made it through it in incredible speed without impacting the final result. The workers who were friendly and very pleasant to see on a daily bases, arrived promptly every morning. They would put in their day and clean up each evening before leaving. They even were able to get parts of the project done while working around rainy weather. This allowed them to get through the project quickly, but never leave the home exposed to the elements. I would recommend them to everyone needing work done. Having reliable and trustworthy craftsmen is a blessing! You won’t be disappointed if you choose them for your project. I’d give them even more stars on the rating if possible. Five stars just doesn’t do them justice. Thank you Schwartz and Sons. Once again I hired Schwartz and Sons Construction to do a home improvement project. They tore out and replaced all of my deck boards and handrails. They did a great job and were very professional. They cleaned up so well afterward that you would have never known they had been here except for the excellent job they did. Our second set of projects with the Schwartz family and their associates just concluded and the results and experience were nothing short of impressive!Having contracted work previously (barn addition) with Schwartz Construction, we knew the quality of work would more than meet our expectations.  For this set of projects (another barn addition and replacement of dormer windows in our house), I was working from home because of my employer’s pandemic protocols so I had the opportunity to interact with Travis and his crew and witness firsthand their craftsmanship and attention to detail. Not once did I see any debris or trash left at the worksites at the end of each day and everyone was courteous, willing to answer questions and very respectful of our property.  I had absolutely no reservations about opening our home to Jesse, Steve, Marcus, Taylor and Travis and hope that they are available the next time we need help on the farm.It is rare that I am actually sad to see a job wrap up but I think I’m going to miss you guys.Gentlemen, thank you for a job well done.    Ronnie Pickering

In a word, outstanding. We could not have picked a better firm to build a 400 sq ft, 3-room addition to our home. Three things stand out for me with respect to Schwartz Construction Solutions; 1) strong work ethic, 2) attention to detail, and 3) obvious pride in workmanship. They showed up to work, on time, every day. And worked. Other than lunch, they never took breaks as far as I could tell. They were clean and courteous. They didn’t smoke. They didn’t talk much but when they did you didn’t have to worry about their language. We were very comfortable having them working around our four young children. I was more than okay with leaving doors unlocked on days that I had to leave. Same for their subcontractors (drywall finish and electrical; we did the plumbing) top notch professionals, clean, efficient, hard working, sober, non-smoking. I could go on but you won’t find a better bunch of guys or a more capable outfit to handle your construction needs. Highly recommend them without reservation. 5 Star group.  Two different jobs at different times of the year, the first job upgraded my deck and screen room, the second job improved my garage.  Each time, the Schwartz crew’s were both professional and at the same time just a friend helping fix some things. Their next door neighbor approach instills the confidence that they can/will accomplish the work with an end product that fully supports their claim.
